About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategies. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. • Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams. • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity, and experience with modern marketing tools and platforms.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Manage social media, email marketing, and content strategy Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI Coordinate with sales and product teams for lead generation Conduct market research and competitor analysis Manage brand positioning and promotional activities Prepare monthly marketing reports and insights

What We Look For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2+ years of marketing experience Strong understanding of digital marketing channels Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing Excellent communication and analytical skills Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have (Bonus)

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or CRM platforms Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience managing paid advertising campaigns Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics Experience in SaaS, IT, or startup environments Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
